Amy Kelly met with Karen Kuipers of Tooele County Relief Services and learned about how they are helping the homeless in our county. The interview took place at an art auction called "A Taste of Art", that was sponsored by the Tooele County Board of Realtors.
Although the homeless need assistance all year, the need for shelter is more urgent during the cold weather months.
