Amy Kelly met with Tylee Searle and learned about a new Live Fit Tooele County initiative called "Park and Walk". Volunteers will paint parking spots at the farthest end of a parking lot to help remind people to walk a little farther. It is an easy way to get some exercise. They will paint some parking spots free for local businesses and organizations.
Amy Kelly met with David and Jessica Kinnick and toured the new Red Tree Yoga Studio and learned about the great classes that they offer. They have beginning to advanced classes with varieties such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga. Yoga benefits the body and the mind, and they also offer free meditation classes.
